Social media marketing guidelines across two restaurants
Rafah came to us in need of an all-encompassing best-practice document that would provide his two restaurants with guidelines on the following topics in time for the brands' grand opening:
An action plan for the present and the future
Working closely with Rafah, we began work on the guide, incorporating a visual design that kept true to the brand's guidelines.
Keeping in mind the importance of including great detail, we wrote the guide to speak to our audience of restaurant managers who may not be familiar with these platforms already.
We drew from our 7+ years in the industry to create this guide that best represented modern social media marketing and management practices.
